IDClock has two plans. QR clock-in is billed per device per month, with the device included in the price. Location clock-in is billed per company per month, with no device. Both have unlimited users and no lock-in. If the QR device fails, we replace it. If you cancel the QR plan, it is returned with a label we send. The live amount is the homepage and checkout; if a model file (llms.txt) disagrees, checkout wins.

QR clock-in needs Wi-Fi at the entrance. Location clock-in needs no device and no office Wi-Fi, only the employee phone. Both need the official app. The system decides automatically whether a punch is a clock-in or clock-out. There is no log-out in the employee app; only an admin or supervisor unlinks a phone.

The price on this site is the plan price. The final charge (tax, device quantity) is confirmed at checkout.

These terms are a commercial frame. The binding contract is the payment plus the legal terms we publish with the incorporated entity. IDClock is not your ERP or payroll; it exports reports and can connect punches to those systems.
