Questions you will actually ask
Do I need one device per entrance or site?
Yes. Each physical entrance needs its own device, and each extra one is €39.99 per month.
Do employees have to install an app?
Yes, they install IDClock on iOS or Android, sign in with the admin invite, and clock in by scanning the QR — there is no public sign-up.
Do you use biometric data? Fingerprint, face, voice?
No: zero biometric data. Attendance is the employee’s phone plus a rotating QR, and we do not store photos or physical traits.
What if an employee changes or loses their phone?
An admin unlinks the old phone from the panel and sends a new invite. Employees cannot log out in the app — that is intentional, so accounts are not handed around.
Can I export reports?
Yes. The admin panel produces clear, exportable reports for payroll or other systems. Webhooks are available too.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No. No lock-in. The device becomes the customer’s property on delivery, with a one-year warranty.
How is the device installed?
In minutes. It boots as an access point, you set the office Wi-Fi, and you mount it at the door. We can stay with you that day if you want.
Does the device need internet?
Yes. It uses office Wi-Fi. The QR is validated on the server; this is not an offline punch clock.
Can I buy more than one device?
Yes. Each extra unit is €39.99 per month. Same price, no hidden bundle.
