Delete my data

IDClock is invite-only. A company administrator creates the account and invites you; there is no open sign-up or public registration.

The route that works is your administrator: ask them to remove you in the IDClock panel. If they do not answer, or you have left the company, email hello@idclock.app from the address your account uses in the app, and name your company. We answer within one month, the RGPD limit.

When we act on the request, we delete the account, the phone binding, and the profile (name, email, shift).

We do not delete the punch archive. Spanish law requires keeping the work-hours record for four years, and the company that employs you is the controller of that data, not IDClock. Your employer decides on your punches; ask your administrator about deleting or correcting them.
